Regolamento SPA e Protocolli di Sicurezza (Italiano)
Prima dell’accesso ai servizi Marino Wellness SPA vi preghiamo di prendere visione del presente regolamento.
Tutti i trattamenti e servizi Spa sono fruibili solo previa prenotazione al numero di telefono 0942 558506 o al cellulare 327 2198714.
Al fine di evitare assembramenti e garantire il corretto flusso di presenze in struttura, il cliente dovrà arrivare in hotel 15 minuti prima di ogni appuntamento, eventuali ritardi comprometteranno la durata del trattamento e/o servizio Spa per non penalizzare l’ospite successivo, senza che venga riconosciuto alcun rimborso.
Prima dell’accesso alla Spa gli ospiti dovranno visionare e compilare il form e la liberatoria di accesso, da riconsegnare alla Reception.
Prima dell’accesso al percorso Spa è obbligatorio fare la doccia. Qualora il cliente fosse ospite in Hotel, dovrà effettuare la doccia direttamente in camera e presentarsi alla Reception 10 minuti prima rispetto alla prenotazione, obbligatoria, precedentemente concordata con il reparto di competenza.
L’accesso al percorso Spa è effettuabile per 90 minuti (secondo le tariffe espresse in listino), all’interno dell’area l’accesso ad ambienti caldo-umidi (sauna, bagno turco) è contingentato.
Gli ospiti dell’Hotel dovranno lasciare custoditi in camera i loro effetti personali e recarsi in Spa indossando l’accappatoio. Si prega di non indossare gioielli ed altri accessori personali.
Si declina ogni responsabilità per eventuali smarrimenti, furti, danneggiamenti di oggetti personali all’interno della struttura. Per l’accesso in SPA è necessario indossare il costume e calzare le ciabattine ad eccezione della sauna e del bagno turco.
Marino wellness SPA è un luogo di relax e tranquillità, si prega pertanto di mantenere un livello di voce moderato, di avere comportamenti consoni nel rispetto della privacy e della serenità degli altri Ospiti.
È severamente vietato buttarsi in piscina. Non è consentita l’introduzione di cibo e di animali domestici.
L’accesso alla SPA non è consentito ai minori di 16 anni. I ragazzi di 16 anni compiuti e fino alla maggiore età possono accedere SOLO in presenza di almeno un genitore che al momento della registrazione firmerà una dichiarazione di totale assunzione di responsabilità per il minore, per danni arrecati a sé stesso, a persone terze e/o alla struttura. L’accesso alle donne in gravidanza è consentito dal 4° mese previa certificazione medica o autocertificazione.
Al fine di garantire un servizio efficiente, l’eventuale disdetta dei servizi SPA prenotati dovrà pervenire entro e non oltre le ore 20.00 del giorno precedente all’appuntamento concordato con la Reception, diversamente oltre tale orario e senza cancellazione verrà addebitato l’intero costo qualora si trattasse di un buono regalo, servizi prepagati e/o servizi da pacchetto o acconti, gli stessi verranno depennati.
I voucher regalo sono fruibili previa prenotazione ed hanno validità di un anno a partire dalla data di emissione.
I servizi SPA erogabili (tipologie/durata/costi) potrebbero subire delle variazioni in base alla disponibilità oggettiva del servizio (manutenzioni straordinarie, variazioni/modifiche del servizio nel Menù Spa…) e in osservanza alle linee guida Ministeriali. Pertanto se non fosse possibile effettuare servizi SPA pre-acquistati o da voucher, il singolo servizio o l’intero voucher sarà commutato in un buono del valore della spesa sostenuta (listino o prezzo promozionale). La direzione si riserva la possibilità di variare orari e/o giorni di chiusura della SPA per motivi lavorativi, manutenzioni straordinarie, eventi, raggiungimento capienza massima delle fasce orarie disponibili prenotabili e in osservanza alle disposizioni Ministeriali.
Maggiori delucidazioni in merito allo svolgimento delle attività della Spa, regolamentate dalle direttive Ministeriali, saranno fornite dal personale preposto in fase di prenotazione e in struttura.
La direzione si riserva di allontanare dal centro in qualsiasi momento coloro che non osservano il presente regolamento.
SPA Regulations and Safety Protocols (English)
Before accessing the Marino Wellness SPA services, please read these regulations.
All Spa treatments and services can only be booked by calling 0942 558506 or
327 2198714.
In order to avoid crowds and ensure the correct flow of presences in the facility, the customer must arrive at the hotel 15 minutes before each appointment, any delays will compromise the duration of the treatment and/or Spa service so as not to penalize the next guest, without any refund being recognized.
Before entering the Spa, guests must view and fill in the form and the access release, to be returned to the Reception.
Before accessing the Spa path, it is mandatory to take a shower. If the customer is a guest in the hotel, he must take a shower directly in the room and show up at the reception 10 minutes before the reservation, which is mandatory, previously agreed with the competent department.
Access to the Spa path can be made for 90 minutes (according to the rates expressed in the price list), within the area access to hot-humid environments (sauna, Turkish bath) is limited.
Hotel guests must leave their personal belongings in their room and go to the Spa wearing a bathrobe. Please do not wear jewelry and other personal accessories.
We are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings inside the structure. To access the SPA it is necessary to wear a swimsuit and slippers with the exception of the sauna and Turkish bath.
Marino wellness SPA is a place of relaxation and tranquility, so please maintain a moderate level of voice, behave appropriately in respect of the privacy and serenity of other guests.
It is strictly forbidden to jump into the pool. The introduction of food and pets is not allowed.
Access to the SPA is not allowed to children under 16 years of age. Children aged 16 and up to the age of majority can access ONLY in the presence of at least one parent who, at the time of registration, will sign a declaration of total assumption of responsibility for the minor, for damage caused to himself, to third parties and/or to the facility. Access to pregnant women is allowed from the 4th month upon medical certification or self-certification.
In order to guarantee an efficient service, any cancellation of the booked SPA services must be received no later than 8.00 p.m. of the day before the appointment agreed with the Reception, otherwise after this time and without cancellation, the full cost will be charged if it is a gift voucher, prepaid services and/or package services or deposits, they will be deleted.
Gift vouchers can be used upon reservation and are valid for one year from the date of issue.
The SPA services that can be provided (types/duration/costs) may be subject to variations based on the objective availability of the service (extraordinary maintenance, variations/modifications of the service in the Spa Menu…) and in compliance with the Ministerial guidelines. Therefore, if it is not possible to carry out pre-purchased SPA services or vouchers, the single service or the entire voucher will be converted into a voucher for the value of the expenditure incurred (price list or promotional price).
The management reserves the right to vary the hours and/or days of closure of the SPA for work reasons, extraordinary maintenance, events, reaching the maximum capacity of the available time slots that can be booked and in compliance with the Ministerial provisions.
Further information on the performance of the activities of the Spa, regulated by Ministerial directives, will be provided by the staff in charge at the time of booking and at the facility.
The management reserves the right to remove from the centre at any time those who do not comply with these regulations.
